The Setup.exe (that was just downloaded) when executed creates a "Virtual Server 2005 Install.msi" file in %temp% directory.

To install just run:
msiexec /i "Virtual Server 2005 Install.msi" /qb

Prerequisites:
Msiexec 3.0 installed.
Internet Information Services (IIS 3.0) installed.
